At Cotopaxi Pre-Loved, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all resale items to ensure your adventure gear meets your expectations. Please note that all returned items must be in the same condition as received with all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email; a small restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your pre-loved items in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
